摘    要:目的:优选复方苦参洗液的提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验,以薄层扫描法测定提取物中苦参碱和盐酸小檗碱含量。结果:提取次数、溶剂量对提取有显著影响,最佳提取条件为加水10倍量,药材浸泡1.5 h,煎煮2次,每次煎煮1 h,。结论:优选出的提取工艺经济、简便,提取效率较高。

Abstract:Objective:To optimize the extraction process for Fufangkushenxiye. Method:The contents of matrine and hydrochloride berberine in extract were determined by orthogonal design and TLC. Result: The times of extraction and the volume of solvent have notable effect for extraction. The best conditions was 10 times of the herb quantity of water, soak 1.5 hour per time, extract two times and 1 hour per time. Conclusion: The method was cheap and simple and effective.
