固井防窜剂的优选试验研究

摘    要:针对固井过程中经常发生的环空气窜问题,在分析其机理的基础上,对胜利油田及周边地区常用的5种防窜剂的性能进行了试验评价。结果表明:防窜剂DZP2和PZ-2具有较强的抗侵蚀能力,且为微膨胀类型;DZP-2可以提高水泥石抗折强度,PZ-2可以较大幅度地提高水泥石抗压强度;DZP-2和PZ-2具有很好的防窜性能,SPN值都小于3;在试验条件下,DZP-2和PZ-2的最佳加量分别为1.5%~2.0%和1.25%~1.50%。

Abstract:Aiming at the annular gas migration probleln that frequently occurs in cementing operations,based on the analysis of gas migration mechanisms, extensive evaluations were conducted on five types of antichanneling agents commonly used in the Shengli and peripheral Oilfields. Results obtained from the investiga tion show that the agent DZP-2 and PZ-2 both have better erosion resistance. DZP-2 can improve the bending strength of cured cement, and PZ-2 can significantly enhance the compressive strength of cured cement. DZP-2 and PZ-2 also present approved anti channeling performance with the SPN values less than 3. The optimum concentration of agent DZP-2 and PZ-2 ranges from 1.5% to 2.0% and from 1.25% to 1.5% respectively under the given experimental conditions.
