原发性高血压与热毒证

根据古今文献提出热毒证是原发性高血压的重要病理类型 ,认为体质是其形成的内在基础 ,五志过极、饮食失节是其主要促危因素 ,具有火热性、从化性、损伤广泛性、兼夹性、病情复杂多变性等特点。治疗当清热解毒 ,又分清心疏肝泻脾以绝毒源、清热泻火以减毒势、调气通腑以排毒、发散郁火以祛毒等治疗方法。
