不同真空度下除湿溶液再生性能的试验研究

摘    要:在不同真空度下对LiCl溶液进行再生,以平均再生量作为评价指标,研究了各因素对再生性能的影响规律。并由试验数据,拟合得到平均再生量与影响因素及系统冷、热量之间的关联式。试验条件为热源温度64~76℃,溶液初始温度45~60℃,溶液浓度28%~34%,再生压力4~10kPa,冷水温度13~19℃。结果表明:热源温度和再生压力对再生效果的影响较为显著,平均再生量随溶液初始温度的升高而增大,随溶液浓度的增大而减小。冷水温度对再生效果的影响较小。

Experimental Study on Performance of Desiccant-Solution Regeneration in Different Vacuum Degree

Abstract:Regeneration in different vacuum degree was carried out using lithium chloride water solution. Influence of each factor on performance of regeneration was studied adopting average moisture removal rate as the evaluation index. Correlations of the parameters were fitted based on the experimental results. The tests were conducted with temperature of heat source 64 ~ 76℃,initial temperature of solution 45 ~ 60℃,concentration of solution 28% ~ 34%,pressure of regenerate process 4 ~ 10 kPa and temperature of cold water 13 ~ 19℃,respectively. Results show that,temperature of heat source and pressure of regeneration have significant influence on regeneration performance. The temperature of cold water has a weak influence on average moisture removal rate.
