6061铝合金板材冲压成形性能研究

摘    要:通过杯突试验和拉深试验研究了6061铝合金板材的基本冲压性能,并以某汽车零件为研究对象,通过有限元模拟和实物冲压,分析了铝合金板材的冲压成形性能。结果表明,6061铝合金板材具有较小的杯突值,明显的凸耳现象,6061铝合金板材的冲压成形性能不佳;然后利用有限元模拟和实物冲压的对比试验,为铝合金板材的冲压成形工艺的制定提供参考依据。

Abstract:The article investigated the basic stamping capability of 6061 alloy sheet concerning cupping test value ( IE), drawing capability etc. through cupping test and drawing test. Furthermore the stamping capability of alloy sheet is analyzed by using finite element simulation and alloy stamping. The results show that 6061 alloy sheet that has obvious lug has less IE, and its forming capability is poor. Finally, contrast test was taken between finite element simulation and alloy stamping, which can be used as reference for the stamping technique of alloy sheet.
