电力电子变压器高压级的综合控制及其DSP实现

摘    要:为了使电力电子变压器适应配电网高压大功率场合,文章采用了高压级H桥级联低压级H桥并联的电路结构,该结构可以提高系统的电压等级和电流等级。文中主要对系统的工作原理、拓扑结构进行了分析,研究了高压级的控制策略。MATLAB/Simulink仿真验证了本方案的可行性。最后用MOSFET开关管IRFP460自制H桥搭建实验平台,采用32位定点DSP处理器TMS320F2812实现对高压级的综合控制。实验结果表明,该系统可以实现H桥均压,单位功率因数运行和实时无功补偿等功能,具有良好的动静态响应性能。

Abstract:In order to make power electronic transformer(PET) apply to high voltage and high power situation, a circuit structure of high voltage stage consisted of cascaded H bridges and low voltage stage consisted of parallel H bridges is proposed, which could improve the voltage and current class. The operation principles and topology of the system are described and analyzed and control strategies of high voltage stage are discussed in detail. The practicability of the method is verified by MATLAB/simulation results. Finally the high voltage stage experiment system is established by H bridges made of IRFP460, and comprehensive control of the stage is realized by fixed-point 32-bits DSP controller TMS320F2812. The experiment results show that the system can achieve voltage equalizing of every H bridge, operate under a unit power factor condition on the grid side and realize reactive real-time power compensation, possessed of a good performance of dynamic and static response.
