摘    要:针对输电线路结构安全评价中涉及的塔材实际强度退化这一不确定性问题,提出了基于粗糙模糊集的实际强度精确计算方法。应用粗糙集理论对指标集进行约简,采用主观权重和客观权重相结合的方法确定评价指标权重,根据建立的评价等级集,运用模糊综合评价法计算塔材实际强度。双盲实验对比结果表明该计算方法的正确性和可行性,可有效解决演化过程中影响塔材强度因素效度不清晰这一典型不确定性问题,为输电线路结构安全评价提供重要的科学判据。

Abstract:Aiming at the uncertain and complicated problem of evaluation and calculation of the strength of transmis -sion tower material , a method of rough fuzzy sets has been proposed in this paper for the precise calculation of actual strength of the transmission tower material .Firstly, this method uses rough sets theory to reduce index set , then, the evaluation index weights are determined by adopting the combination of subjective weight and objective weight meth -od , and according to the established evaluation level sets , the actual strength of tower material is evaluated and calcu-lated by the method of fuzzy mathematics .Example analysis results show the correctness and feasibility of the calcula-tion method .It can solve the typical and uncertain problem of the factor validity which is not clear in the evolution process of tower material intensity , and it can provide important scientific basis for the structure safety assessment of transmission line .
