活性秸杆炭素吸附-化学氧化法在印染废水处理中的应用研究

摘    要:介绍了硫酸活化秸杆炭黑制备活性秸杆炭素与化学氧化法结合处理印染废水的反应机理及处理效果。实验结果表明,用该法制备的活性炭素可使印染废水的脱色率达到1000k,。活性炭素吸附一化学氧化法可使原水的CODCr从1632mg/L降至32mg/L,CODCr的去除率达到98%。该法具有成本低、操作简便、处理效果好的优点。

Abstract:The reaction mechanism and treatment effect of treating dyeing wastewater by activated carbon from straw by sulfuric acid adsorption - oxidation method are introduced. It states that by using this preparation of activated carbon, the removal rates of the decoloration and CODCr effect are 100% and 98% respectively. By using activated carbon adsorption - oxidation method, the CODCr of wastewater could be reduced from about 1 632 mg/L to 32 mg/L.This method is cheap in cost, easy in operation, remarkable in treatment effect.
