摘    要:文章分析了元坝超深水平井的技术难点及旋转导向技术钻超深水平井的优势,结合元坝X井的施工情况,对AutoTrack旋转导向系统钻超深水平井的应用效果做了分析评价,现场施工情况表明:AutoTrack旋转导向钻井系统钻成的井眼光滑,摩阻在150kN以下,扭矩在14kN·m以下;机械钻速较高,配用模块马达,进一步提高了机械钻速,达到2.90m/h。在155℃高温下,AutoTrack旋转导向系统故障率较高。总体来讲AutoTrack旋转导向系统可以满足元坝超深水平井施工要求。

Abstract:Technical difficulties and the advantages of rotary steering technology in drilling ultra-deep horizontal well in Yuanba area were analyzed. Based on the practical situation of Yuanba-X well, the application effects of Auto Track rotary steering system in drilling ultra-deep horizontal well were evaluated. Application results showed that the hole trajectory drilled by Auto Track rotary steering system was smooth; the friction drag was lower than 150kN and the torque was lower than 14 kN·m; penetration rate was relatively high and was high up to 2.90m/h; the failure rate of the system was higher under temperature of 155℃. Conclusively, Auto Track rotary system could meet the demand of drilling ultra-deep horizontal well in Yuanba area.
