摘    要:为提高低透高瓦斯煤层的瓦斯抽采效果,解决工作面瓦斯超限问题,以平岗煤矿低透高瓦斯煤层为研究对象,提出利用酸化工艺解决低透气性问题的新思路。采用实验并结合FracproPT2007模拟的方法对酸化工艺在煤层增透技术中的应用进行了研究,并分析了酸化致增透机理。实验和模拟结果表明:采用基质酸化煤层时,酸液对煤层透气性的影响范围是以钻孔为圆心、半径为1.87 m的圆;酸化压裂时可产生半径达101.56 m的高导流能力的裂缝。该研究为煤层增透技术创新奠定了基础。

Study on anti-reflection technology of coal seam based on acidification process

Abstract:This paper highlights an improved approach to improving the gas extraction effect of low permeability and methane-rich seam and eliminating the working face gas overrun by addressing the low permeability by acidification process,as in the case of Pinggang coal mine typical of coal seams with low permeability and high gas. The paper describes an experimental study on the application of acidification process in coal seam anti-reflection technology using the combination of experiment and FracproPT2007 simulation,and an analysis of the mechanism of acidification anti-reflection. The results show that the acidulation of a coal seam employing matrix allows acid to influence gas permeability of coal seam with the circle having a radius of 1. 87 m,using the drilling hole as a center; acid fracturing can produce a high flow conductivity fracture with a radius up to 101. 56 m. The research serves as the foundation of the coal seam anti-reflection technology innovation.
