| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨静脉输注尼膜同致静脉炎的常见原因、预防与护理措施。方法对我科静脉输注尼莫同的106例患者静脉炎的发生情况进行回顾性分析。结果106例患者中共发生21例静脉炎，发生率为19.81%。结论静脉输注尼膜同致静脉炎的发生率较高，应引起重视，并注意预防，一旦发生应及时给予适当的护理措施。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss common causes of phlebitis induced by intravenous infusion of nimotop and corresponding preventive and nursing measures. Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted on the incidence of phlebitis among 106 patients given intravenous infusion of nimotop in our department. Results 21 cases of phlebitis were observed among the 106 patients, with incidence rate of 19.81%. Conclusion We should attach great importance to the high incidence of phlebitis induced by intravenous infusion of nimotop and develop preventive measures so as to take prompt and appropriate nursing measures after its occurrence. |
