战时民用机场工程保障措施研究

民用机场作为航空运输的关键设施,是人员乘降、物资装卸的重要场所,战时势必成为敌人打击的重点目标。在遭敌打击后如何快速有效的组织力量抢修抢建,是民用机场必须面对和解决的问题。以战时民用机场工程保障任务为需求,结合目前存在的主要问题,提出了制定机场工程保障预案、加强机场工程保障力量建设、研发机场工程保障装备和器材的对策措施,以期对战时民用机场工程保障工作有所启发。

Research into the Engineering Support Measures for Civilian Airports in Wartime

As important facilities for the transportation of personnel and supplies,civilian airports are bound to become the key targets of the enemy attack in war-time.How to quickly and effectively rush-build and rush-repair them after they are damaged by the enemy is the problem civilian airports have to face and solve.In the present paper suggested are an engineering support scheme for civilian airports,which takes into consideration the present problems of civilian airports and aims at meeting the re-quirements of military transport tasks of civilian airports in wartime,and counter-measures on strengthening the airport engi-neering support forces,developing airport support equipment and materials.It may serve as a useful reference for the work of the engineering support of civilian airports in wartime.
