腰硬联合麻醉用于阴式子宫全切术的临床研究

目的 探讨腰硬联合麻醉用于阴式子宫全切术的麻醉效果.方法 选择择期阴式子宫全切术ASA Ⅰ～Ⅲ级患者80例,按随机数字表法分为硬膜外组（EA组）和腰硬联合组（CSEA组）,每组各40例.观察记录麻醉后平均动脉压（MAP）、HR、SpO2、术中牵拉反应情况、肌松满意度并评价麻醉效果.结果 两组患者的血流动力学均平稳;与EA组比较,CSEA组麻醉的优良率为100％,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 腰硬联合麻醉用于阴式子宫全切术较以往单纯硬膜外麻醉效果更好,值得推广.

Clinical study of combined spinal epidural anesthesia in vaginal hysterectomy

Objective To investigate the anesthesia effect of combined spinal epidural anesthesia in vaginal hysterec- tomy. Methods 80 patients of ASA I -m with elective vaginal hysterectomy were selected and divided into the epidu- ral group （the EA group） and the combined spinal epidural group （the CSEA group） according to the method of random digits table,there were 40 cases in each group.Mean arterial pressure （MAP）,HR,SpO2,the stretch reaction during the operation and satisfactory degree of muscle relaxation were observed and recorded,the anesthesia effect was evaluated. Results Hemodynamics of the patients in the two groups was stable.Compared with the EA group,the excellent and good rate of anesthesia in the CSEA group was 100% and there was a statistical difference between the two groups （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Compared with single epidural anesthesia,the anesthesia effect of combined spinal epidural anesthe- sia for vaginal hysterectomy is better.It is worthy of promotion.
