| 摘 要： | 施工企业安全评价与传统的安全分析和安全管理相比，其主要特点是：以整个系统的安全为目标；预先发现和识别可能导致施工伤亡事故发生的危险因素，预防事故发生；把抽象的概念转化为数量指标，对安全做定量化分析。企业可依据建筑安全条件、安全业绩各分项评分表的评分结果进行汇总，并遵循一定的评价原则，确定建筑的安全评价等级。

| Abstract: | The safety evaluation of construction enterprise ismainly characterized by taking the safety of the whole system as theobjective; discovering and identifying in advance the perilous factorsthat may result in construction casualty accident to prevent it fromoccurring; transferring abstract concept into quantitative indicator andmaking quantitative analysis on the safety. An enterprise can put to-gether the results of individual scoring sheets of the building safetycondition and safety track record, and determine the grade of thebuilding safety evaluation in accordance with the established evalua-tion principle. |
