| 摘 要： | 用正交试验法，通过对三七皂甙透皮量的考察，发现以氮酮与丙二醇共同作为促透剂，且两者用量均为４％时，三七巴布剂表现出良好的透皮性能，２４ｈ累计透皮率达到１８．０６％。

| Abstract: | The effects of enhancer on the percutaneous absorption of panax notoginseng cataplasma were investigated in an orthogonal design experiment. The result showed that a two phase enhancer composed of 4% Azone and 4% propylene glycol resulted in good penetration of the drug tested. The cumulative permeation rate within twenty four hours was 18.06%. |
