| 摘 要： | 市场经济发达国家实行的农业保护政策可资借鉴。必须在WTO框架下对我国农业实行保护措施 ,构造农业保障体系 ,坚持可持续发展战略。政府必须采取坚硬的政策措施增加农民收入 ,采取切实的政策措施促进农产品出口加工业发展 ,采取鼓励性政策措施扩大农产品出口 ,采取相关的政策措施促进农业信息化建设

| Abstract: | The agricultural protection polices implemented in the developed market-economy countries can be used for reference. The protective measures must be taken to protect the agriculture of our country, agricultural security system must be established and strategies for achieving sustainable development must be adhere to. Our government must take tough policies and measures to increase the farmers' revenue, take conscientious policies and measures to promote the development of farm products export processing industry, take encouraging policies and measures to expand the farm products export and take relative policies and measures to accelerate the informative construction of agriculture. |
