摘    要:针对火力发电厂辅机专用控制器与DCS系统接口设计问题,研完了TCS-3000集散控制系统与第三方设备之间通讯接口扩展的基本方法,实现了以TCS-3000集散控制系统为主站、S7-200 PLC为从站的基于Modbus协议的串行通讯网络,解决了DCS系统以串行通讯方式可靠读取以PLC为核心的辅机专用控制器等第三方设备数据的技术难题,实践证明这种实现方法具有通讯可靠、稳定的特点,可在工程实践中进行推广应用.

Serial Communication Network Based on Modbus Protocol Between TCS-3000 and S7-200
Abstract:Aiming at problem of interface design between specific controllers and DCS system in power plant,the basic method how to expand communication interface between TCS-3000 DCS and third-party equipments is considered,the serial communication network based on the Modbus protocol was realized,the technical problem how DCS system read reliably data from the specific controllers based on S7-200 PLC with serial communication is resolved,the experiment has verified that the method has the characteristic of reliability and stability,and can be popularized in engineering practice.
