| 摘 要： | 目前在我国,生态小区的规划与建设虽然如雨后春笋般不断涌现,但由于其尚处于起步阶段,概念模糊又缺乏统一的评价体系,难以避免误区的产生。围绕现阶段小区建设中最主要也是最会影响到生态小区的三个误区,并针对这三个误区展开论述,结合国内外相关实例,进行生态小区建设策略分析。 |

| Abstract: | Recently,the planning and construction of ecological residential district occurs prevalently in China.However,since such district is still in its primary stage domestically,there is no clear definition and no unified system of evaluation,which can give rise to some misunderstandings.It is descibed three main kinds of misunderstandings and,combined with the examples in China and abroad,it is also analyzed the strategy of ecological residential district constructions. |
