开展护士素质教育工程前后护士职业认同状况调查

摘    要:目的:探讨开展护士素质教育工程前后护士对职业认同的差异,分析可能存在的相关因素,为提高护士职业认同水平提供理论参考依据。方法采用护士执业认同量表,对北京市某三甲医院143名护士在开展护士素质教育工程前后分别进行问卷调查分析。结果开展护士素质教育工程后护士职业认同感部分维度的分值高于开展前护士职业认同感水平。不同学历的护士在组织影响感和患者影响感两个维度中职业认同得分具有统计学意义;科室因素影响对护士在一致感、自己决定感、组织影响感和患者影响感这4个维度的职业认同感差异具有统计学意义。结论护理管理者应根据职业认同的特点,结合本研究的结果,针对不同护士学历的护士制定个性化培养计划,并优化科室内涵,提高护士满意度,有效地提升护理队伍的整体职业认同水平。

Investigation of nurses' professional identification before and after the implementa-tion of the project in terms of the nurses' quality education
Abstract:Objective To discuss the differences of the sense of professional identification of nurses before and after the implementation of the project in terms of the nurses' quality education and to analyze the possible related fac-tors, in order to provide a theoretical basis for improving the nurses' profession identification level. Methods A total of 143 nurses from an A-grade hospital in Beijing were investigated and analyzed before and after the implementation of the project in terms of the nurses' quality education respectively by nurses' profession identification scale. Results The di-mension score in terms of the nurses' profession identification after the implementation of nurses' quality education pro-ject was significantly higher than before. There were statistical significance for the scores of profession identification in terms of the sense of organization ' s influence and sense of patients ' influence for nurses at different educational back-ground. The department factors influenced the nurses' sense of identity, sense of decision-making by themselves, sense influenced by organization, sense influenced by patients, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions Nursing administrators should formulate personalized training plan on the basis of this study according to the character-istics of profession identification for nurses with different education background. And the connotation of the department should be optimized. The nurses' satisfaction should be improved. The overall profession identification level of the nurs-ing team should be promoted effectively.
