不同剂量辛伐他汀对冠脉综合征病人C反应蛋白及血酯的影响

目的:探讨不同剂量辛伐他汀对急性冠状动脉(冠脉)综合征(ACS)病人C反应蛋白(CRP)和血胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)水平的影响。方法:将116例ACS患者随机分为A组(57例)和B组(59例),在常规治疗基础上A组予辛伐他汀10 mg,每日1次口服;B组予辛伐他汀20 mg,每日1次口服。入院时,服药30天、60天后监测血清CRP、血酯(TC、LDL-C)浓度。结果:①A、B两组血清CRP、TC、LDL-C浓度于服药30天、60天时逐渐降低,与入院时比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05);②服药30天、60天时进行CRP、TC、LDL-C组间比较;B组改善优于A组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:辛伐他汀用于ACS可有效降低血清CRP、TC、LDL-C浓度,每日服用20 mg辛伐他汀的疗效明显优于每日服用10 mg辛伐他汀。

Influence of Simvastatine at Various Doses on Serum C-reactive Protein and Lipid in Patients with Acute Coronary Symptom

Objective:To investigate the influence of simvastatine at various doses on serum levels of C-reactive protein,cholesterol(TC) and high density lipoprotein in patients with acute coronary symptom(ACS).Methods:116 patients with ACS were assigned to 2 groups at random;group A(n=57) was treated with simvastatine of 10 mg on the basis of routine treating,group B(n=59) was treated with simvastatine of 20 mg and serving as control group.Serum concentrations of C-reactive protein and lipids(TC,HDLP) were determined on the 30th and 60th day of the admission.Results:The serum concentration of C-reactive protein and lipid(TC and HDLP) in the of two groups was gradually decreased on the 30th and 60th day of simvastatine administration;there was a significant difference between the C-reactive protein levels before and after the treatment(P<0.05).The above parameters were in the group B much lower than in group A on the 30th days and 60th day of the drug administration with a significant difference between the two groups.Conclusions:Simvastatine could cut down effectively the serum concentrations of C-reactive protein and lipid(TC and LDL).20 mg simvastatine a day was advantageous over 10 mg of simvastatine.
