基于新型超级电容器的矿用变频器研制

摘    要:为更好地解决矿井提升机制动时的能量回收,实现能量回馈式四象限运行,采用新型超级电容器,研制了基于新型超级电容器的矿用变频器。通过仿真试验和应用实例表明:该矿用变频器能使矿井提升机启、制动平稳,直流母线电压基本保持恒定,并在矿井提升机电力拖动控制系统的应用中取得了良好的控制效果,与其他四象限矿用变频器相比,具有简单、实用、成本低及性价比高的特点,是中小功率矿井提升机电控系统改造的首选方案。

Abstract:In order to solve the energy recycling generated from braking of mine hoists so as to realize energy feedback four-quadrant operation, a kind of mine frequency inverter is developed based on new-type super capacitors.
