| 摘 要： | 在成分设计的基础上,通过冷却工艺基础性研究以及加热、轧制和冷却工艺优化,实现了12Mn Ni VR在线淬火钢种在南钢的工业化生产,其力学性能均匀性及板型良好,为后续的回火热处理及按期交货创造了便利条件。

| Abstract: | Based on chemical composition design, NISCO has achieved the industrialized production of direct quenching steel 12MnNiVR with uniform mechanical properties and good plate flatness by means of basic research on cooling process and optimization of reheating, rolling and cooling process,which creates favorable conditions of subsequent tempering and prompt delivery. |
