女性感染阴道毛滴虫、白色念珠菌及淋球菌的分析研究

目的：了解女性感染念珠菌性阴道炎、滴虫性阴道炎和淋病的情况，探讨3种疾病的发生率与年龄的关系。方法：阴道毛滴虫、白色念珠菌采用湿片直接镜检法．淋球菌采用革兰氏染色镜检法。结果：9170例普查女性．阴道毛滴虫感染244例，发生率为2．66％；白色念珠菌感染1556例，发生率为16．96％；9170例标本有2930例同时普查了淋球菌，淋球菌感染88例，发生率为3．0％；淋球菌与白色念珠菌合并感染者12例，发生率为0．41％；未见阴道毛滴虫与白色念珠菌同时感染。阴道毛滴虫、白色念珠菌及淋球菌在20～35岁女性的感染构成比分别为66．39％、80．77％、74．99％。结论：女性阴道毛滴虫及淋球菌感染的发生率无上升趋势，白色念珠菌感染的发生率明显上升，20-35岁的女性应提高对这些性传播疾病的防范意识，定期进行妇检，并及时治疗。

The Investigate on Infections of Vagina Hair Infusoria White Beads Gerin and Ball Gerin in Females

Objective: To explore the vagina disease due to beads germ, in fusoria and gonorrhea and inquiry into the relationship between the incidence of the three diseases and age.Methods:Vagina hair infusoria and white beads germ w ere detected with a direct microscope check method,while pour the ball germ adop tion G were with dye microscope check method.Results:Among 9 170 censuses female s,244 were found to have vagina hair infusoria infects(2.66%);1556 were found to have white beads germ infects(16.96%);there were 2930 example at the same time census pour the ball germ, pour the ball germ infect was found in 88 example (3 .0%).A conbined infection of Pour the ball germ merges with white beads germ was found in 12 example (0.41%),however there was not any conbined infection of the vagina hair infusoria with white beads germ.Vagina hair infusoria, white beads germ and pour the ball germ infection most likely happen in the females of 20~35 years old in constitute score do not for 66.39%,80.77%,74.99%.Conclusion:Female vagina hair infusoria and pour the occurrence rate of the ball germ infection d o not have up-trend. In contrast white beads germ infection of occurrence rate is obviously rising.The three diseases have high incidence peak at age of 20~35 years old, therefore females of this age scope should be protected from the spre ads of these sexeses particularly the paroxysm and have periodical proceeding g ynecology checks and treatment on time treatment.
