摘    要:研究了精密离心机动态半径激光干涉测量中死程的真空屏蔽技术 ,介绍了其中的若干关键技术及其原理和特点 ,给出了系统设计公式。理论分析和实验证明该项技术能够消除长光路中各种环境因素的影响 ,并保证干涉测量系统的示值稳定性

Abstract:A vacuum shielding technology of the deadpath in the laser interferometry system is studied, which is used in the dynamic radius measurement of the precise centrifuge Its principle, features and key technologies are stated The system design equations are presented Theoretical analysis and experiments show that this technology can eliminate the influence of environmental factors on long deadpath and ensure the indication stability of the interferometric system
