外支架与皮瓣结合治疗小腿骨折并皮肤缺损的临床研究

目的探讨外支架与皮瓣结合治疗小腿骨折并皮肤缺损的优越性。方法回顾2004年8月至2008年12月，应用组合式外支架固定小腿，并结合使用隐神经营养血管交腿皮瓣或腓肠肌内侧头肌皮瓣转位方法治疗8例小腿骨折并皮肤缺损患者。结果随访平均2年4个月，皮瓣全部成活，骨折愈合，无压疮、感染及皮瓣坏死发生。结论外支架与皮瓣结合是治疗小腿骨折并皮肤缺损的简便有效方法。

Clinical study of the treatment of leg fracture combined with skin defect by using external fixator of bone and flap transplantation

Objective To explore the advantage of the treatment of leg fracture combined with skin defect by using external fixator of bone and flap transplantation. Methods Eight cases of leg fracture combined with skin defect were treated, the fractures were stabilized with versatile external fixation and the skin defect were repaired by transfering of saphenous neurocutaneous vascular cross leg flaps or medial head of gastrocnemias musculocutaneous flap. Results All flaps of 8 cases survived, the fracture healed without pressure sores, infection or necrosis. Conclusions It is a simple and effective way to treat patients with leg fracture and skin defect by using external fixator of bone and flap transplantation.
