基于三维设计的液压集成块校核方法研究

摘    要:在分析液压集成块设计过程模型的基础上,运用三维设计软件的特征实体造型和实体布尔运算技术,对油孔实体模型及辅助孔反特征实体模型进行布尔加运算,然后根据运算前后实体数量的变化来判定油孔与油孔及油孔与辅助孔之间的连通状态,提出了一种简便、精确的液压集成块校核方法,可以实现连通油路内部、连通油路之间和连通油路与辅助孔之间的连通状态校核,以及所有孔之间的最小壁厚校核.

Abstract:An easy and accurate method of correcting hole in hydraulic manifold block(HMB) was provided,which can correct the connecting conditions in connected oil routes,among connected oil routes,among connected oil routes and secondary holes,and minimum wall depth between holes.The design process model of HMB was analyzed;then connecting conditions between oil holes,or between oil holes and secondary holes were judged,by the changing of body number after Boolean add computing with body models of oil holes and antifeature body models of secondary holes,with the aids of feature & body modeling and body Boolean computing technology of 3D software.
