| 摘 要： | 泵试验是一个泵厂很重要的一道工序,尤其是在新产品试验环节,泵的性能情况、结构改进、可靠性等问题都需要通过试验来验证.这个环节试验方法正确与否,各种测量仪表是否正确选择使用、试验数据的分析计算等等环节都对试验数据有很大影响.因此每台泵在进行试验前都要对它的试验过程进行仔细分析研究,确定正确的试验方法.下面主要以立式管道泵为例从工厂试验的角度进行分析,确定合理的安装和试验方法.
