河北省扩大免疫规划前后风疹流行病学特征分析

目的 分析河北省扩大免疫规划前后风疹疫情流行病学特征,为河北省制定风疹防控策略提供科学依据。 方法 收集河北省2004—2019年风疹疫情信息,采用描述性研究对相关指标进行分析。 结果 扩大免疫规划后,河北省风疹报告发病率下降至1.49/10万;发病时间主要集中在3—6月份;2015年后10～19岁年龄组发病率最高。职业分布中学生占50.12%;免疫史分布中0剂次免疫占50%。 结论 扩大免疫规划后河北省的风疹疫情得到了明显的控制,成果显著。

Epidemiological characteristics of rubella before and after implementation of the expanded program on immunization in Hebei Province

Objective To analyze the epidemiological features of rubella before and after implementation of the expanded program on immunization in Hebei Province, and to provide a scientific basis for formulating rubella prevention and control strategy in Hebei Province. Methods The information about rubella epidemic in Hebei Province from 2004 to 2019 was collected, and the descriptive study was used to analyze the relevant indicators. Results After implementing the expanded program on immunization, the average reported incidence rate of rubella in Hebei Province decreased to 1.49/100,000. The onset time was mainly concentrated in March-June. The incidence rate of age group of 10-19 years was the highest after 2015. Occupation distribution showed that students accounted for 50.12%. Immunization history revealed that the ratio of non-immunity cases was 50%. Conclusion Rubella epidemic in Hebei Province had been controlled obviously after implementation of the expanded program on immunization, with the remarkable achievements.
