摘    要:目前10 kV配网通常采用带电倒负荷的形式,但当合环电流较大且线路本身负荷较大时,会出现线路及设备过载的情况。针对此类情况,从理论上分析了合环潮流中有功分量和无功分量的决定因素,并结合现场实际工作经验提出了配网环网电流控制策略,利用PSASP仿真系统对10 kV配网合环电流分别在调整主变分接头、投切电容器和调整系统运行方式下进行仿真试验,验证了配网环网电流控制策略的正确性,在实际工作中利用控制策略进行配网合环倒负荷,年均减少停电50余次,多收回电费成本6万余元,同时提高了用户用电满意度。

Abstract:At present,10 kV distribution network usually adopts the form of live load switching,but when the loop current is large and the load of the line itself is large,the line and equipment will be overloaded.For this kind of situation,the loop closure was theoretically analyzed.The determinants of the active and reactive components in the power flow,combined with the actual work experience on site,put forward a distribution network ring current control strategy.The PSASP simulation system was used to adjust the 10 kV distribution network closing ring current in the adjustment of the main transformer tap and switch.The simulation test was carried out under the operation mode of the capacitor and the adjustment system to verify the correctness of the current control strategy of the distribution network ring network.In actual work,the control strategy is used to carry out the load reduction of the distribution network loop,more than 50 power outages are reduced on average every year,more than 60 000 yuan of electricity cost is recovered,and the satisfaction of users with electricity is improved.
