分布式电能计量表能耗数据采集与传输系统

摘    要:采用目前方法对数据采集与传输系统进行设计时,没有将源晶振作用于系统核心中,导致系统存在月能耗数据采集时间长、测量数值与实际数值误差大和系统日能耗高的问题。为此设计分布式电能计量表能耗数据采集与传输系统。首先分析系统框架结构,并在系统内设计电源电路模块、时钟源电路和数据传输及通信部分电路,从而达到系统硬件设计的目的。其中,在时钟源电路设计中,利用数字温补晶振作用于系统时钟内,使数据在采集的过程中精准度更高。完成硬件设计后,设计系统软件,包括数据采集传输软件、数据库结构和定时器终端子程序等软件设计,将系统硬件和软件的设计相结合,实现整体系统设计。实验结果表明,通过对分布式电能计量表能耗数据采集与传输系统进行日能耗测试、月系统能耗数据采集测试,验证所设计系统整体的有效性强。

Abstract:When the current method is used to design the data acquisition and transmission system,the source crystal oscillator is not acted on the core of the system,resulting in the problems of long monthly energy consumption data acquisition time,large error between the measured value and the actual value,and high daily energy consumption of the system.Therefore,the energy consumption data acquisition and transmission system of distributed electric energy meter was designed.Firstly,the system framework was analyzed,and the power circuit module,clock source circuit,data transmission and communication circuit were designed in the system,so as to achieve the purpose of system hardware design.Among them,in the design of clock source circuit,the digital temperature compensated crystal oscillator was used to act on the system clock to improve the accuracy of data acquisition.After completing the hardware design,the system software was designed,including data acquisition and transmission software,database structure and timer terminal subroutine.The overall system design was realized by combining the design of system hardware and software.The experimental results showed that through the daily energy consumption test and monthly system energy consumption data acquisition test of the energy consumption data acquisition and transmission system of the distributed electric energy meter,the overall effectiveness of the designed system was verified.
