隧道掘进爆破方案自动化系统设计研究

摘    要:针对依赖工程经验粗放式隧道爆破方案设计的低效率、精细化不足的问题,依托寨山隧道工程,应用现场试验、需求分析、软件编程和互联网+相结合的技术,开发完成了隧道掘进爆破方案设计系统,实现了高效、精细化和实用性的爆破方案设计。研究结果表明:通过考虑隧道轮廓几何参数、开挖方法与施工台车框架结构,可实现炮孔参数的参数化、流程化和形象化设计。按照炮孔设计、装药量与装药结构设计和爆破方案生成的步骤,可快速生成隧道爆破开挖方案。装药量由爆破负担的围岩体积和经验公式确定。装药结构为炸药与爆破介质的纵向不耦合结构。研究成果可为类似隧道爆破方案自动化设计提供一定的指导。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and fine design of extensive tunnel blasting scheme relying on engineering experience,relying on the technology of site test,demand analysis,software programming and Internet plus,the design scheme of blasting plan for tunnel excavation is developed,relying on the technology of site test,demand analysis,software programming and Internet.The results show that the parametric,procedural and visual design of blast hole parameters can be realized by considering the geometric parameters of tunnel contour,excavation method and construction trolley frame structure.According to the steps of blast hole design,charge quantity and charge structure design and blasting scheme generation,the tunnel blasting excavation scheme can be quickly generated.The charge amount is determined by the volume of surrounding rock borne by blasting and empirical formula.The charge structure is a longitudinal uncoupled structure between explosive and blasting medium.The research results can provide some guidance for the automatic design of similar tunnel blasting schemes.
