瓦斯对煤自燃过程中官能团演变的影响

摘    要:为了探究瓦斯与煤自燃复合灾害演化过程中瓦斯对煤自燃进程的影响机制,以煤体内部化学官能团作为指标变量,基于正交实验设计及分析方法,分别研究了煤自燃过程中CH4浓度、O2浓度、N2浓度及氧化温度对煤体内部不同种类官能团的影响规律。实验结果表明:与—CH2—/—CH3、C—H或—OH等其他官能团相比,—COOH与煤体氧化程度的线性拟合相似度最高,能够准确地反映煤体氧化进程。煤自燃过程中CH4对—COOH占比的影响可分3个阶段进行,CH4浓度<6.0%时,CH4有助于—COOH等官能团的氧化消耗,且浓度增加激励作用更为显著;6.0%<CH4浓度<13.6%时,CH4仍起到促进作用,但促进幅度逐步降低;CH4浓度>13.6%时,CH4起到抑制作用,且随着浓度的增加抑制作用逐步加剧;相较于N2,低浓度和中浓度时CH4对—COOH消耗的促进效应更强,高浓度时对—COOH消耗的抑制效应则更弱。

Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to explore the influence mechanism of gas and coal spontaneous combustion process on coal spontaneous combustion process.In order to achieve this goal,the author chose the chemical functional groups in coal as the index variables,and based on the orthogonal experimental design and analysis method,the concentration and the oxygen concentration in the process of coal spontaneous combustion should be studied in depth.In addition,the influence of concentration,the nitrogen concentration and oxidation temperature on distinct functional groups in coal will also be researched.The experimental results demonstrate in comparison to other functional groups such as aliphatic hydrocarbon group —CH2—/—CH3,aromatic group CH or oxygen containing functional group —OH,the linear fitting similarity between the oxygen containing functional group —COOH (carboxyl) and the oxidation degree of coal is the highest,which can accurately reflect the coal oxidation process.Through the experimental study,it was found that the effect of CH4 on the proportion of —COOH in the process of coal spontaneous combustion and oxidation were capable of being carried out in three stages.When CH4 concentration was less than 6.0%,CH4 contributed to the oxidative consumption of —COOH and other functional groups,and the stimulation effect was more significant with the increase of CH4 concentration.When 6.0%<CH4 concentration<13.6%,CH4 still played a promoting role,but the growth range was gradually reduced.When CH4 concentration>13.6%,CH4 played an inhibitory role,and with the increase of concentration,the inhibitory effect gradually intensified.But by comparison with nitrogen,CH4 had a stronger promoting effect on —COOH consumption at low and medium concentrations,and a weaker inhibitory effect on —COOH consumption at high concentrations.
