广东省二级以上医院院内感染管理专业设置调查

目的了解广东省二级以上医院的医院感染管理专业的设置情况和医院感染病例监测方式。方法随机抽取7个市的18家医院，采用现场调查与查阅资料的方式，统一填写调查表。结果18家医院全部成立医院感染管理科，10所医院的专职人员配备数符合要求（55．6％），其中1000张床位以上医院的专职人员配备达标率仅为25％。500张床以下的医院专职人员配备达标率为50％。全部专职人员中女性所占比重较大（79．9％），年龄均数为40岁，学历以大、中专为主，职称以中、高级为主。从事医院感染工作的平均年限为6年，96．6％的专职人员取得上岗证。病例监测以回顾性调查与临床医生填报相结合的方式为主。结论医院感染管理专业设置基本规范，专职人员的数量在1000张床位以上医院明显不足。专职人员素质及培训有待提高。医院感染病例监测方式建议以前瞻性监测为主。

Nosocomial Infection Control and Management in Grade-Two Hospitals in Guangdong

Objective To understand the situation of nosocomial infection （NI） control and management and the surveillance method in grade-2 hospitals in Guangdong. Methods Random sampling method was used to spot-check 18 hospitals in Guangdong and interviewed with questionnaires. All data were analyzed by SPSSll.0. Results All the surveyed hospitals have set up the department of NI control and management. In 18 hospitals, 10 hospitals have enough professional staff. 25% of hospitals with beds more than 1000, while 50% with beds less. Most professional staff are women（79.9%） and the mean age is 40, with middle level of education, middle class of professional title, and 6 years of experience in average. 96.6% professional staff got the license of NI control and management. The surveillance method is based on retrospective survey and report by clinicians. Conclusion The setting of NI control and management is up to the basic standard, but not enough hospitals with beds more than 1000. The quality and training of professional staff are needed to be improved. The way of NI surveillance should use prospective study.
