可回收防反流食管支架治疗贲门失弛缓症临床研究

目的探讨可回收防反流食管支架对贲门失弛缓症的治疗作用.方法16例贲门失弛缓症患者,经胃镜安装可回收防反流食管支架后,观察症状、体征并进行胃镜检查及胃肠X线检查,观察贲门部通畅情况及有无胃食管反流,术后1～2月回收支架.结果16例患者支架置入均一次成功,贲门部开通良好.放置1月10例,2月6例,均顺利取出.随访6～18月,食管仍保持通畅.结论可回收防反流食管支架治疗贲门失弛缓症具有操作简便、并发症少、回收方便、长期疗效确切等优点.

TREATMENT OF CARDIAC ACHALASIA WITH RECYCLABLE ANTI-REFLUX ESOPHAGEAL STENTS

Objective To explore the curative effects of recycled anti-reflux esophageal stents on cardiac achalasia.Methods Recyclable anti-reflux esophageal stents were inserted through gastroscope in 16 cases of achalasia.Patients' symptoms and physical signs were observed.Endoscopic and x-ray examinations were made to observe whether there were cardiac obstructions and gastro-esophageal reflux.The stents were taken out 1-2months later.Results Stents were inserted successfulyy once and for all.The cardia kept unobstructed.The stents were inserted in 10 cases for one month and in 6 cases for two months,and were taken out successfully.According to the 6-18 months of follow-up surveys,the esophagus kept unobstructed in all cases.Conclusion Recyclable anti-reflux stents can be easily inserted under gastroscope in patients with cardia achalasia,with lasting curative effects but few complications,and can be recycled easily as well.
