| Abstract: | This paper introduces the background of the development of technology of sapphire of multi wire cutting machine, And the forty-eighth Research Institute of China Electronic Technology Group Corporation based on the diamond wire cutting of independent research and development of X0730-3/UM type line cutting machine in detail, Performance characteristics, key technology analysis and experiments on the diamond, diamond wire cutting mechanism analysis and application are discussed. |
