广东省雷州市鼠疫疫源地人群血清流行病学调查及分析

目的了解广东省鼠疫疫源地健康人群鼠疫FI机体的分布水平、及其产生和维持机制。方法采集雷州市鼠疫疫源地2个乡镇农民的血样121份作为调查组和非历史疫区的农民血样200份作为对照组．进行常规鼠疫间接血凝试验。结果通过对鼠疫疫源地人群的121份血清的俭洲、共检出鼠疫FI抗体阳性血清12份，阳性率为9．91％％。鼠疫非疫区健康人群血清200份，结果均为阴性一结论存鼠疫疫源地50岁以上健康人群中存在着一定比例FI抗体阳性者，是鼠疫菌苗被动免疫产生．还是50年前隐性鼠疫感染等因素，有待进一步调查和研究．但排除阳性人群居住区域有动物鼠疫现疫流行的存在。

Investigation of serum epidemiology from the plague foci population in Leizhou island,Guangdong

Objective To explore the distribute of plague FI-antibody positive people from plague foci population in Leizhou island . Methods The serum samples from 121 people in Leizhou island plague foci and 200 people in the non-plagued foci area were routinely detected by indirect hemagglutination(IHA). Results 12 samples were positive of plague FI antibody in 121 serum samples from the plague foci in Leizhou island ,the positive rate being 9.91%,200 serum samples of healthy people from non-plagued foci were all negative. Conclusions Serum FI-antibody positive people are popular in the plague foci ,at over the age of 50 old .Which is it ,plague-vaccinated or the hidden infected before 50 years. There is no doubt it was local animate plague that are not prevalent in the areas of serum FI-antibody positive people ,especially in recent years.
