| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种基于流量控制的实时网络定价计费模型，该模型通过价格协商确定网络使用费率。讨论了如何使用该模型实现计费代理服务器，并给出了相应计费系统的设计与实现。

The accounting proxy server implemented by means of this model is discussed, and also, the design and building of a corresponding accounting system are demonstrated. |
