抽油井偏磨治理的试验研究

摘    要:从聚驱油井偏磨的实际出发,分析了聚驱采出井抽油杆的受力及偏磨的因素,给出了聚驱采出井抽油杆的受力公式及抽油杆弯曲的螺距。通过对抽油杆受力公式的自变量分析,认为冲程、冲次、下泵深度、弹性波及抽油杆下行最大速度是影响受力的主要因素,也是造成偏磨的主要因素。从而确定在日常管理中,在采出井生产了一段时间后,为了改变抽油杆已有的偏磨位置,通过调参的方式改变抽油杆的受力大小,进而改变抽油杆弯曲距的位置,使杆管偏磨点发生位移。对于沉没度较低的井,要减小抽汲参数,尽量降低弹性波的振幅,减小形成弹性波的能量,达到治理偏磨的目的。通过采出井调参后延长检泵周期的统计,给出了调参原则,即定在该井上次检泵周期的1/3~1/2时间进行调参,并与其他的防偏磨措施结合,延长聚驱采出井的检泵周期。

Abstract:Based on deflection abrasion of pumping wells during polymer flooding, force borne and factors of deflection abrasion of pumping rods of producers during polymer flooding are analyzed in this paper. Force-borne formula of pumping rods of producers during polymer flooding and bending screw pitches of pumping rods have been established. According to the analysis to independent variables of force borne formula of pumping rod, it is concluded that the main factors, which have effect on deflection abrasion, include stroke, frequency of stroke, pump locating depth, and the highest downgoing velocity of elasticity affected pumping rod, and they are also the key factors resulting in deflection abrasion. Therefore, after a period of production of producers force borne of pumping rod should be altered through parameter adjustment in change exited deflection abrasion points then the position of bending screw pitch can be changed. For wells with low sinking degree, draw - off parameter should be decreased, and amplitude of elastic wave ought be as small as possible to reduce energy that forms elastic wave for the disposal of deflection abrasion. According to the statistics of prolonging pump examining cycle of producers after parameter adjustment, parameter adjustment principle is determined; parameter adjustment should be operated at time 1/3 - 1/2 to last pump examining cycle and combined with other deflection abrasion prevention measures to prolong pump examining cycle of producers during polymer flooding.
