摘    要:为保障医疗器械产品的安全性,提高医疗器械传导抗扰度评估的有效性和可行性,本文基于标准GB/T 17626.6-2017、YY0505-2012以及YY0607-2007,以神经和肌肉刺激器类设备作为受试设备,分析了不同端口的钳注入对医用电器设备的干扰的影响。结果表明,单根线缆(一个端口)电流注入钳注入的试验注入方式对受试设备的干扰更显著。以期能对神经和肌肉刺激器类医用电器设备的电磁兼容测试形成一个参考和规范,提升测试结果的复现性,同时指导神经和肌肉刺激器类医用电器设备的生产厂家的生产阶段的抗干扰设计。

Abstract:This study aimed to ensure the safety of medical device products and to improve the effectiveness and feasibility of conducted susceptibility evaluation of medical electrical equipment.Based on the standard GB/T17626.6-2017,YY0505-2012,and YY0607-2007,this paper analyzed the effect of current clamp injection at different ports on the interference of medical electrical equipment.We used the nerve and muscle stimulator equipment as the test equipment.The results showed that the experimental injection mode of single cable(one port)current clamp injection was more significant.It is expected to form a reference and specification for the electromagnetic compatibility test of nerve,muscle stimulator medical electrical equipment and improve the reproducibility of the test results.Meanwhile,it may guide the manufacturers of nerve and muscle stimulators of medical electrical equipment in the production phase of anti-interference design.
