鼻内镜下鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤切除术

目的探讨经鼻内窥镜鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤切除术和鼻内镜联合鼻侧切开鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤切除术的疗效。方法26例鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤病例中,22例行经鼻内窥镜鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤切除术,4例行鼻内镜联合鼻侧切开鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤切除术。结果术后随访9~60个月。1例术后30个月复发,其它25例未见复发,全部病例无并发症发生。结论经鼻内窥镜鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤切除术适用于较局限的病变,而对广泛病变则应采用鼻内镜联合鼻侧切开术,术后鼻内镜定期复查可早期发现肿瘤复发并处理。

Endoscopic Surgery to Treat Inverting Papilloma in Nasal Cavity and Paranasal Sinuses

Objective To evaluate the effect of the endoscopic sinus surgery and the conbined approach of the endoscopic surgery and lateral rhinotomy in the removal of inverted nasal papilloma of nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses.Methods 26(20 males and 6 females,ranging from 31 to 70 years old) patients with inverted papilloma of nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses who underwent endoscopic surgical excision or the combined approach of the endoscopic surgery and lateral rhinotomy was analyzed.Results The patients were followed up for 9-60 months. Only one case recurred in 30th month after surgery.The other cases had no recurrences in the follow-up period.Conclusions Endoscopic surgery is an effective treatment for inverting papilloma in nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses.Especially it may cause much less cosmetic side effects,and can achieve a very lower recurrence rate.
