金属离子对紫外光固化催化的研究

针对金属离子锌、锰、铝、钴等几种皂盐对紫外光固化催化实验的研究,讨论了金属离子的催化机理主要是结合氧形成过氧化物后离解成自由基,其中重点讨论了钴离子催化的氧化还原反应机理。还结合实验分析得出选择金属离子化合物的注意相容性和储存稳定性,金属离子液态皂盐催化不会影响光泽,能增加硬度,但会影响附着力及耐候性,适当的添加会促进固化并对成膜影响很小,实验得出一般合适添加量在金属离子所占总量的0.05%~0.1%。

Study on Catalytic of Metal Ions on the UV Curing
