摘    要:针对现有的加速度计标定方法依赖于昂贵的仪器设备,导致标定成本高,提出一种低成本、操作简单的加速度计免转台标定方法。该方法通过对原始数据进行预处理,将标定问题转化为优化问题,采用遗传算法进行最优化求解得到补偿参数。通过对比试验得到:两种方法的标定相对误差在0.5%(标度因素)、3%(零偏);两种方法标定后通过加计姿态角提取的水平角误差在0.2°左右。结果表明,加速度计通过该方法经过补偿后,能够得到与传统转台标定方法相同数量级的测量精度,该方法可以有效替代传统标定方法,简化标定步骤,降低标定成本,具有重要的理论及使用价值。

Abstract:In view that the currently available high-precision calibration methods for three-accelerometer depend on expensive equipments and devices,a low-cost and easy-operation non-turntable accelerometer calibration method is proposed.In this method,the pretreatment is processed with the original data,thus the calibration problem is transformed into an optimization problem.The compensation parameters are obtained based on an optimization solution using the improved genetic algorithm.Comparative experiments on the proposed method and the traditional turntable-based method show that,when the relative errors calibrated by the two methods are 0.5% (Scale) and 3% (bias),and,the horizontal error extracted through accelerometer after calibrating by the two methods is approximately 0.2°.The comparison results indicate that,with this method,the accelerometer can achieve the same accuracy level with the traditional method.The proposed method can effectively replace the traditional method.It simplifies the procedures,decrease the calibration cost,and is valuable both theoretically and practically.
