地震荷载下煤矸石路基变形室内试验与数值模拟分析

摘    要:通过对重塑煤矸石试件进行动三轴试验,研究了随机地震荷载作用下的煤矸石路基填料震陷特性。依据正弦循环荷载作用下的试验结果,获得了不同轴向固结压力下的煤矸石震陷变形特性经验公式;并运用FLAC3D对辽宁阜新某煤矸石路基进行了地震荷载作用下的响应分析。试验表明:煤矸石轴向累积应变随动荷载幅值增加而增大,呈指数关系;震陷试验中,煤矸石试件变形规律经历了振动压密、振动剪切和振动破坏三阶段,与普通路基填料类同,表明煤矸石作路基填料是可行的。数值模拟表明:地震荷载超越概率10%时,路面残余变形不大,路基整体处于稳定状态;地震荷载超越概率2%时,路基边坡将出现滑动带,处于危险状态,且震后残余变形较大。以上研究成果为煤矸石路基抗震设计提供了一定的试验依据,具有较为重要的工程应用价值。

Abstract:Based on laboratory dynamic triaxial tests, seismic characteristics of coal gangue fill subgrade under randomearthquake loading were studied. The empirical formula of coal gangue' s seismic subsidence ratio has beenestablished. Numerical simulation of coal gangue subgrade in Fuxin area,Liaoning province based on FLAC3D werepresented. The results showed that the ralationship between cumulated axial strain of coal gangue and amplitude ofdynamic stress was index. The seismic settlement test showed that coal gangue sample experienced compaction,oscillatory shear and flutter failure stage. Therefore, Coal gangue fill subgrade may be applicable. The results showedthat subgrade is safed under the earthquake loads which exceeding probability to be 10 percent in the future 50 years.Subgrade slope would appeared sliding zone and left large residual deformation. The research results will providereference for the seismic design of coal gangue and has important engineering practical values.
