广州市流动人口生育健康知识和服务调查

目的探讨广州市流动人口的生育健康知识和服务现状,以改善流动人口的生育健康服务。方法基于"广州市流动人口计划生育服务研究"问卷调查数据。结果全市共调查流动人口1203人,流动人口对生育健康及艾滋病的有关知识了解较少;只有14.5% (174/1203)的流动人口知道紧急避孕;25.8%(310/1203)的人不清楚使用避孕套可预防艾滋病;75.8%(912/1203)的人在广州市打工期间没有接受过生育系统的检查。流动人口最期望获得的生育健康服务依次是性知识教育为55.4%(666/1203)、检查和治疗妇女病为52.3% (629/1203)、避孕方法介绍为33.4%(402/1203)。结论在流动人口中,应加强性传播疾病和艾滋病的教育与干预,改善流动人口的生育健康。

Survey on reproductive health knowledge and service among floating population in Guang Zhou City

Objective To assess the status of floating population's reproductive health knowl- edge and service in GuangZhou city to improve family planning service for them.Methods Data were from a questionnaire survey of family planning services for floating population in GuangZhou city.Results 1203 participants were interviewed.Floating population knew little about reproductive health and AIDS. Only 14.5 %(174/1 203)knew emergent contraceptive methods,25.8%(310/1 203)did not know that condom could prevent AIDS transmission,and 75.8%(912/1 203)had never gone for reproductive service.The services the participants were eager for were sex education 55.4%(666/1 203),physical ex- amination,treatment of common gynecological disease 52.3%(629/1 203)and options for contraceptive methods 33.4%(402/1 203).Conclusion Intensive education and intervention about STDs and AIDS are needed to improve reproductive health in floating population.
