| 摘 要： | 目的:观察一种新的活化T细胞膜分子p140在肝移植围手术期患者T淋巴细胞的表达。方法:用免疫荧光染色和流式细胞术观察p140的表达,并用移植肝病理检查证实急性排斥反应。结果:p140在肝移植患者淋巴细胞亚群及活化T细胞有弱表达,急性排斥反应时表达增强。结论:p140为一种新的移植抗原诱导的T细胞活化分子。有可能成为特异的移植物排斥反应的判别指标。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate expression of the novel membrane molecule p140 on activated T cell in the patients after liver transplantation.Methods:Immunofluoescence staining and FCM analysis were utilized to monitor the expression of p140,and transplanted liver biopsy employed to distinguish the allograft acute rejection.Results:it express weakly on T cell in the patients after liver transplantation,and express remarkably while they develop allograft acute rejection.Conclusion:P140 is transplanted antigen induced T cell activated antigen,and is one of credible and specific guideline to distinguish and monitor allograft liver transplantation. |
