六相无刷直流电机反电势电流引起的转矩脉动抑制研究

摘    要:本文在建立六相永磁无刷直流电机的数学模型的基础上,详细分析了六相无刷直流电机在PWM_ON调制方式下的非换相期间关断相反电势电流的产生过程和反电势电流的产生对电磁转矩的影响。发现采用PWM_ON_PWM调制方式时,可以消除六相无刷直流电机非换向期间关断相上的反电势电流,从而消除反电势电流引起的转矩脉动。通过Matlab仿真证明了该方法的正确性。

Abstract:Based on the mathematical models of six-phase BLDCM established in this paper, a detailed analysis on the current back-emf of inactive phase caused by PWM_ ON mode adopted in six-phase BLDCM, and result in the torque ripple of the inactive phase are given. The result shows that when PWM_ON_PWM is adopted, the current back-emf caused by inactive phase can be eliminated, and the torque ripples of Six-phase BLDCM of the inactive phase can be reduced. The Matlab simulation results demonstrate the correctness of this method.
