| 摘 要： | 文章指出了国内已面市的各种自动抄表系统在抄表概念理解上及系统设计方面所存在一些共性问题，给出了自动抄表系统终端装置应采用的结构和功能设计方案，同时对我国10kV配电网自动抄表系统及其管理网络提出了初步设计框架。

| Abstract: | This paper points out some existent problems in understanding of reading meter concept and system design for various automatic reading meter systems in domestic market. The design scheme of structure and function which is adopted for the terminal devices of automatic reading meter system is also given in the paper, at the same time, the preliminary design frame for the automatic reading meter system of 10 kV distribution network and its management network is put forward. |
