| 摘 要： | 项目管理成熟度模型（Project Management Maturity Model, PMMM）对企业的项目管理组织与过程能力改进与完善的作用是把企业项目的开发和生产的过程本身透明化、规范化和运行的强制化,从而持续提高项目主导型企业的项目管理能力.建筑施工企业正是拥有许多建设项目的项目主导型企业.对目前的几种项目管理成熟度模型进行了概述,论述了PMMM在我国建筑企业应用的意义和基本思路.
