摘    要:在PDM系统的推广过程中,面临大量的历史数据录入工作,这一难题严重阻碍了PDM系统在企业中的广泛推广.文章分析了大量的工程图纸,以明细表结构特点为基础,采用改进的自定义模板方法实现了异构图形格式(包括AutoCAD、UG、Pro/E等)明细表信息的批量提取,并对数据进行处理自动形成产品树,同时探讨了一种异构体数据库接口的实现方法.实际应用证明在提取效率、适用性和集成度上效果良好.这一技术的研制为PDM、CAPP、ERP等系统的快速实施奠定了数据基础.

Abstract:In the course of popularization of PDM system, there is a large amount of historical data to input. This problem has seriously hindered PDM's system extensive popularization in the enterprise. Base on the analysis of characteristic of part list, the paper uses the method of ameliorated and user-defined template and succeeds in extracting information of heterogeneous drawings' part list, such as AutoCAD drawing, UG drawing and Pro/E drawing etc. Then the extracted information is processed automatically to form product tree. At the same time a interface of heterogeneous database is discussed and implemented in this paper. And the practical application proves that it has very good results in extracting efficiency, extensive suitability and integrated level.
