摘    要:以上海某汽车零部件厂房PVC卷材屋面安装分布式太阳能电站为例,介绍了彼卡(R)BCS Solar Fasteners太阳能专用底座的构成、特点与安装方法.该底座的下部分是由与屋面系统防水卷材同材质的PVC制作而成,通过热风焊接至屋面PVC防水卷材表面,实现无穿孔安装.

Abstract:Taking the distributed solar power stations installed on the PVC membrane roof of an auto parts factory in Shanghai as an example,the paper introduces the composition,characteristics and installation method of the special pedestal for BCS solar fasteners.The lower part of the pedestal is made of the same kind of PVC as the waterproofing membrane of the roof system,and it is welded to the surface of the PVC waterproofing membrane with hot air to realize non-perforated installation.
